The Water Industry Approved Plumbers Scheme (WIAPS) accreditation indicates a working knowledge of the Water Regulations and associated standards in relation to the installation of underground pipe work for the provision of water supply to properties. As approved Groundworkers, our WIAPS accreditation formally recognises our ability to install external pipework in accordance with The Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999.
Approved ground workers excavate the ground install, repair or renew supply pipes (water supply systems on private land and therefore maintained by the property owner) and then back-fill and self-certify that the work, material and fittings comply with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999.
Mains Pressure Testing & Chlorinating can also be arranged.
